In the last month I have had two pieces of equipment serviced at Town and Country. The first order was fine but I had problems with the second. After I picked up my generator I tried to call them back with some issues. They did not provide the spare parts I had requested and was written on the work order; they did work I clearly told them was not required. I called them four times in three days only to be put on hold for extended periods of time or told my call would be returned by end of day, which it was not. This is the first negative review I have ever put online. Over several years I have had many pieces of equipment serviced at many different places but this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their
