I have been going to River region health center At 1845 Cherry Street for over a year now. Each time I am met with sarcasm, unprofessionalism, condescending behavior , hostility and confrontational behavior from the staff. They advertise about the high quality of services they provide but that is far from the real truth. The doctors and nurses are a disgrace to their profession. They do not care about anyone except themselves and demeaning others. My advice to anyone is to please stay away from River region health services unless you have absolutely no other options. I wish I could say one good thing about them but I can't..... (Less)

I went today at 7:45am at 10:20 I WALKED OUT of the establishment without rescheduling an appointment! I wouldn't suggest anyone come here unless you like waiting 3 hours to be seen for less than 10 minutes! I've been going there since before I was pregnant, so several times this has happened! Today was the LAST day!!! I will never step foot back in this place! Staff is nice but sorry timing is HORFFIC!!!!!!!

I have been going to Lister Hill since I was a baby. Now that they moved into this new building I have been treated horrible. They are so rude and the wait to see a doctor takes all day long. They pick and choose which patient they will see that day. They only have one doctor on staff and if you request to see him they turn you away or make you see a nurse who has no clue how to find out what is really going on with you. They just give you a ton of medications that never solve the issue on which you came to be checked for. Worst place ever.

The staff is ridiculously unprofessional and rude. They do not care about others and are quick to turn u away! I wouldn't refer anyone here because it would be a waste. Who can I report these people's behavior to??? It's sad.

I went in to because I just had a tooth pulled and fear that it was getting infected. The doctor on call didn't even look to see if it was. Instead a nurse comes to the front and says that the doctor doesn't do that and it would be best to go back to who did it on monday, today is Saturday. Is this really what you are supposed to tell a patient?
