After taking my truck to a transmission shop, electrical shop, and Ford, Rick fixed my Explorer. Runs better than it ever did!

i would not recommend Rick's to anyone. We called their emergency road side service number while stranded on I-70. They told us 45 minutes. We called back, they said they had trouble with a truck and would be 30 min. We called back and they said shift change and they would be another 30 minutes. Etc. Etc. 2 and 1/2 hours later we called someone else and they showed up in an hour. My wife ended up stranded on the busy highway for 4 hours freezing. When she finally was rescued it was 4 hours on the side of the road and Rick's had not shown or called back. Beware of Rick's!
