The food and service is usually good but today it was not and I had to wait of ever some leaders just can not lead but everybody has an off day but an hr to eat a damn waffle

I will never step foot in this restaurant again. For years the service has been slow but the last few times have been ridiculous. Two of the last three visits I haven't had to pay for our meal. The food has been cold, or as today the server didn't know it was up and it sat there for 1/2 hour so they remade our order. When it came it wasn't hot. Besides that, the hostess couldn't have been less pleasant. She acted like it was a real effort to seat us.
