Established in 1999, Computer History Museum is dedicated to the preservation of computing history. Based in Mountain View, Calif., it is home to one of the largest international collections of computing artifacts in the world. Some of the museum's exhibits include computer hardware, ephemera, photograph, moving image, document and software artifacts. Computer History Museum presents computer history through an acclaimed speaker series, a website, onsite tours, as well as physical and online exhibits. It is one of the leading institutions, exploring the history of computing and its ongoing impact on society.
