      The Wellness Center for Integrative Pediatrics with Donna Ruiz MD blends holistic, complementary and alternative care based on evidence of safety and effectiveness with mainstream medical therapies. Functional medicine, clinical homeopathy, nutrition, acupuncture and ozone therapy, along with traditional western medicine, are used to treat the root causes of an illness rather than a cluster of symptoms, using an individualized, integrative approach. The Wellness Center for Integrative Pediatrics offers a unique combination of therapies to address medical issues at times so complex that western medicine or alternative medicine alone often cannot treat effectively. Using the "best of both worlds", Dr. Ruiz treats PANS/PANDAS, autism, mold toxicity, lyme and co-infections, MCAS (mast cell activating syndrome), as well as more common problems such as allergies, ADHD, insomnia, asthma, infant colic, and the common cold. Based in Murrieta, California, Dr. Ruiz treats patients from all over the United States and internationally, offering consulting services to those who cannot come to the Temecula Valley region.
