Although I think Dr Carel is a good Dentist and man I had so many problems with his staff it was infuriating! over the 5 or 6 years he was my familys Dentist his staff cancelled 6-8 of our appointments and it was at least 30-60 days before they could reschedule them, the one time I did have to cancel my appointment ( because a death in my family) they try to charge me the $50 late cancelation fee, you have to ask yourself what kind of people would really do that ?

Dr Carel is great. He always takes the time needed andis pleasant. I had a temp crown break on the weekend and they came in to fix it right away. I've always been treated great!

My family has been going to Dr.Carel for about a year now and we absolutly love his office. He and his staff are great to us and they girls in his office are great with the kids. My kids get excited to go to the dentist. He is such worth the drive from the city.
