HORRIBLE. SEXIST. WILL NOT COMMUNICATE WITH YOU.
I ordered a mirror for my car. just the glass, not the actual bulky part. I ordered the part on Friday, Jan 10th 2020. The man who placed my order and took my payment told me it would be ready on Saturday after 3. I had a FUNERAL to attend, so I did not get back to the shop until 7pm- however the mirror was not in. No one had called to tell me it hadn't been received. They assured me it would be in the following day- Sunday. On Sunday I got off work at 5:30 pm and went to pick the mirror up- of course the mirror STILL wasn't in. Again, I had not been contacted. They assured me Monday at 10 am it would for sure be in. Monday at 12 I went to the store. The mirror was in-but broken. NO ONE CALLED ME TO TELL ME THIS. SO THREE DIFFERENT TIMES I WASTED MY GAS. The man who was informing me of the broken mirror cut me off while I was speaking and was very dismissive. I felt that because I am a 22 year old female this is why he acted that way. SEXIST. Yesterday the mirror arrived and that was the only time I was contacted by them. I was not offered a refund, I wasn't compensated for my time or gas. I told the manager the situation today and he did not offer me anything to try and rectify the situation. Clearly because I am a female they do not want my business .
