The sandwiches here are good if you can deal with the busloads of tourists who make this a food stop on their way around the Big Island. The bakery staff does their best to move them but tend to get cranky. I bought a loaf of their bread and asked for an extra plastic bag so I could half it for easy travel (the loaves are long). The clerk told me that extra bags were not available. Huh? This is a bakery and they don't have a extra bag? I asked for a vanilla cream malasalida and was told "We don't have any." Not "Sorry we are out" - just "We don't have any."
