Elayne has a steady hand and a keen eye for what looks appropriate when it comes to applying permanent makeup. I highly recommend her to anyone thinking about having anything done. She uses amazing topical anesthetics, and i I hardly felt anything. I am not a fan of pain and this was of great concern to me. She talked me through each and every step of the procedure and before I knew it, she was done. I wish I had found her years ago.
