These solutions would allow the company and the client to develop a financial strategy based on their personal goals, defined objectives and a consideration for their long term financial plan. Lynmar Lending Group, with access to over 20 different lenders, has the strength to offer outstanding packages, but is also small enough to ensure that you get the one-on-one attention you deserve. Our lending opportunities include Residential, Commercial and New Construction. Lynda, a partner Lynmar Lending Group, has a reputation of unparalleled customer service in her over 35 years in the financial industry. Her experience in the real estate and banking industries bring a well-rounded perspective to the mortgage transaction. Having experienced the purchase process, through several relocations and investment purchases, Lynda brings to our clients a thorough understanding of the purchase transaction. Lynda, a member of the Naperville community for the past 18 years, is a contributing member of the Chamber of Commerce, Leukemia/Lymphoma Society, President of the Manors of White Eagle Homesowner's Assocation, the West Suburban Irish Club and other business and the Rotary Club of Naperville. Mary, a partner with Lynmar Lending Group, has over 20 years experience in the financial and marketing sectors. Her experience in the financial field has given her a unique understanding of the entire money management process. Working in the financial industry, she has developed strong business relationships with accountants, attorneys and financial advisers. This networking group allows her to analyze and structure each component of the loan transaction to maximize the client mortgage options. Mary, a lifelong member of the Naperville community, is a contributing member of the Naperville Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Jeanine Nicarico Memorial Fund for Literacy Steering Committee, Race Director for the Run for Reading, Board Member for the Alliance for the Mentally Ill Run for the Mind, and Business Partner with Naperville School Districts 203 and 204.
