      General Info
      The Water Distribution and Collection Division works under the City of Naperville Department of Public Utilities. It maintains more than 600 miles of water main, over 7,000 valves, nearly 8,000 fire hydrants and approximately 25 sanitary sewer pump stations. The division is comprised of more than 45 employees, including frontline personnel, field supervisors and personnel. The Water Distribution and Collection Division operates a manger section that undertakes sanitary sewer and water problems and answers water conservation and payment questions. It also investigates watermain breaks and water corrosion control and replaces, upgrades and installs new water meters. The division additionally maintains collection and pumping and repair and excavation sections. The Water Distribution and Collection Division is located in Naperville, Ill.
