This is a horrible place, I sent my son to their group therapy last year. The social worker apparently has no skills to work with either kids or the parents in the group. The whole movement pace was odd. I was trying to communicate with the social worker that her program is not suitable for my son. Then she responded to me that is because my son didn t try to engage in the group. If my son has the right social skills, then he doesn t need to attend that session. She is just trying to get away of her responsibility. Then after we dropped out of the group, they charged me more than what they promised me before the group session starts. I called their billing office to try to correct the number, they told me they will send me a corrected bill, which never happened. After over one year, I received a mail from the collection agency for the unpaid money ( I have no clue if the number has been correctly or not). The whole process just indicated how ineffective and inefficient this org is running. This is a totally ill operated associates with a group of incompetent and unprofessional specialists there. If your kids need professional help, try some other places. I give it a one star since this is the lowest I can go. Otherwise, they dont deserve anything.
