THe vets and staff here are fantastic and so caring. My dog developed significant medical issues in a very short period of time and died 4 weeks after diagnosis (during COVID). They allowed us to be with our dog in a quiet, private room and spend time with Jessie before she was put down. I got to hold my beautiful pup as she passed from this earth. We weren't rushed and spent as much time as we could handle. Dr Nick & Dr Shank are wonderful

We have seen Dr.Phenix only for routine vet visits and yearly shots. Then our beloved Shep/Dan mix developed a growth on her head. We called on a Wednesday afternoon and the office was able to fit us in the next afternoon. After a thorough examination, Dr. Phenix new right away that it was a pretty serious infection. He scheduled her surgery for Monday morning which is not his normal surgical day. When we dropped Dolce off on Monday we assumed she would have the surgery and be home that evening, unfortunately that was not the case. She required a second surgery and three days in the hospital. During her stay we were encouraged to call and come into see her. Tracy was so helpful and calmed our fears. Dr. Phenix took time and patience to explain what was wrong with her. The staff clearly loves animals and their family's. As far as prices go, you get what you pay for. We received the best care possible for our Dolce and that is truly priceless. After reading some of the reviews on here, I decided that I really needed to write my own and explain the experience that I have had with Nashua Pet Care Clinic and Dr. Phenix. My fianc and I had to take my chameleon, Merlin, to their clinic because his eyes were bulging out. I have always thought of my pets as my family and was extremely upset because he was so sick. Dr. Phenix and his staff were completely helpful and very very caring. I cannot explain how comforting they were. Dr. Phenix explained to us that the bulging was being caused by a cyst. He did laser surgery twice on Merlin, gave him medication, gave us information on how to get his strength back, etc. Merlin recovered well after visiting with Dr.Phenix. I continued to see Dr.Phenix for checkups and if I ever had problem with anything. Every time that I was there I was treated like family. I was always greeted and after leaving I always felt that Merlin was in the best of care. Last week Merlin stopped eating and moving

This business is terrible. I called three times and left messages to have my cat treated for an eye issue. No return calls!!! Don't bother contacting them, they obviously don't care and won't care for your animal. Stay away!!!

They are HORRIBLE. Consistently out of supplies, terrible customer service. Arrived during advertised business hours only to find them closed. Over treat/mis-diagnose. Vet enjoys playing with his surgical "toys" so that is first option not less invasive treatments.

The best place to go for ER care for your cats. No one can do what they do at any time night or day. They really go all out for cats. I can't say enough good stuff about their care and knowledge about cats. Only negative would be I think they are just a bit to pricey, but, i guess they have to pay for all that equipment and beautiful building and all the people. big outfit.
