Our dog had a surgery scheduled. The doctor did not show up as promised. I was told that the doctor needed to go out of town unexpectedly and they had left me a and e-mail the night before. Sorry, but with today's technology, I would be able to see if they had called or I missed an e-mail. Not to mention, I sent them an e-mail a week earlier and all they needed to do was press "reply".

We had a bad situation with our old dog 2 yrs ago where he couldn't get up and was in pain but in spite of the fact that we were not established clients the doctor and nurse made time to see us the same day, even rearranging other appointments to get us in. Dr. Townsley is very compassionate and knows how to connect with our pets ( we now use Aaron's Ark all the time ) and Bear was walking within 2 days on his own... they ran blood work and got x-rays and we had a final diagnosis the next morning. They did a great job with controlling Bear's pain and lameness and now he is much better even at 14 yrs of age. We highly recommend their services to our friends & family ( & to you !!)
