fast and good service, 30 y/o unit is still running thanks to rich, changed my ..contacter? and the thing turned right over! gave me some great advise too on seasonal changes for the unit.

One star still may be giving this company too much credit. ASC was supposed to complete warranty work for us. After checking our HVAC system and diagnosing the problem they said they created a temporary fix until our part was shipped. This "temporary fix" did more detriment to our system and made our living conditions worse. They bypassed the circuit board and only the heat would come on, not the AC. So for 24 hours a day we had the heat on while the daily temperatures were in excess of 90 degrees. When trying to call them to remedy the situation they hurried us off the phone and would not return the repeated calls we left. Once we finally got Richard on the phone he said the heat was on because "he didn't know how to use our thermostat". Yes, those words came out of an HVAC technician's mouth.

If you are looking for a company to perform quality work steer clear of ASC.
