I got this referral from my daughter when our air conditioner went out this summer. We were so pleased with everything about this company. They were in the middle of a very hot summer rush and were swamped, but said they would get to us by the next day mid-afternoon. They actually called early the next morning to see if they could come earlier and we said sure. They came and did a thorough check of our house, measuring rooms and windows to make sure what our needs were. They gave us all our options with no pressure to pick the best. When they did the installation they worked hard and efficiently. We felt the price was very reasonable considering the comparisons we had made. Every person we came in contact with from the phone call, to the sales person, to the installer was more than pleasant and helpful. The problem is fixed and we are extremely satisfied. The A/C in my rental unit was not cooling well, and I found Harris are Serv online and called them. I Ieft a message. They returned my call within minutes. They were able to schedule a diagnostic appointment for the next morning. The tech called me first thing in morning and met me at the property. Jason, was so friendly and knowledgeable. He climbed on the roof of the condominium building and determined which A/C unit went to my condo. Once he determined that the unit was leaking refrigerant he gave me a price options to refill the refrigerant or to make a full repair by finding the leak, fixing it and then refilling. He did not pressure me toward either option. I felt like he had our best interest in mind. I opted for the full repair. Jason got the unit working and I have much happier renters. It was important to me to get a company that would fix the problem quickly for my renters, and at a good price for me. Harris Aire Serv was the right company.
