I would never use this tow company!!! My trucks drive shaft fell off and I couldn't get my car into park or the emergency brake to engage. I had to sit there with my foot on the brake with my truck on a hill or it would roll down the hill scraping the piece and sliding into traffic. The roadside assistance for my insurance stated they would get someone there as soon as possible as my foot had to remain on the brake. They quoted 45 min to 60 min. That time passed and no phone call from this towing company to let me know they were going to be late. When my fiancé called they said they got called out to an accident on route to me and would be another hour. Thank god for a nice passerby who found rocks to put under my truck tires to stop it from sliding so I could take my foot off the brake or I would still be waiting. When I called upset the lady on the phone flat out lied to me about what occurred then hung up.

Booked by my insurance company after I had a blow out on the highway. I was told up to 1 hour before arrival. After about 70 minutes I called to see where they were. Apparently, "stuck in traffic," which is bogus at midday on the weekend. Please wait another 20 minutes. 40 minutes later I called back and was told the driver had been assigned to another case and it would be another hour. They hadn't bothered to call and tell me anything. I told them not to bother. I don't care if I have to wait longer, I'm not using this company. Highly recommend again patronizing them.

They don't show up and after 2 confirmations they decided to cancel my call and not tell me and then tell me after 2 1/2 hours they aren't coming and I had to call them to get that information. Never again.

Though the driver was an hour late, he was very polite and helpful. I appreciated that he came out to help me bright and early on a Sunday morning. Tony even offered to come back later and help get my tire changed (as I didn't have a spare at the time). My bumper got caught as it was being lifted on to the flat bed and popped off, Tony offered to fix it without hesitation. Though I was initially annoyed that I had to wait an hour for a driver to show, I appreciate that Tony was pleasant and eager to help me!

Terrible service. Showed up late and the lady on the phone was rude and snobby. It seems they can't do anything right

Had roadside assistance with Liberty Mutual Insurance. Always Towing showed up right on the time they promised. Tony was very courteous and handled my car wonderfully. I was very happy with the service! Thank you :)

Waited over 2 hours for the truck to get there. Went to Firestone the next morning where my car was taken and the keys weren't there. I called Always towing and the unprofessional woman who answered the phone told me that they don't take the keys. She finally agreed to call the driver and ask him. After being on hold for 10 minutes she told me that he didn't answer his phone cause he worked until 2am so it might be a while but they'll call me back when they hear something. We eventually found the keys stuffed in a pipe above one of the garage doors after they fell on someone's head when he opened the door. Firestone has a drop box for keys and it was only a few feet from the pipe he put my keys in. I didn't care to waste anymore of my time calling them back to tell them we found the keys especially after the way I was spoken to the first time I called. Three hours later they finally called me back to tell me they got a hold of the driver and he said he put the keys in the drop box. When I told her where he really put the keys all she said was 'huh that's interesting have a good one' and hung up the phone. The guy working at Firestone told me a few weeks ago Always towing showed up after closing to pick up a car and ended up taking the wrong one! The next day when the owner showed up to get their car it was gone and the mix up wasn't discovered until after they reported the car as stolen. Horrible company. I went through my Geico roadside assistance for the tow and they sent Always. Never again.

I waited for over 3 hours for a tow. Kept getting told they were delayed. There was traffic, blah blah blah. Complete fraudulent business. Progressive Roadside Assistance called them for me as I subscribe to this service. I was left stranded for 4 hours in a busy intersection with my 9 year-old autistic son. Awful experience.

These jerks had us waiting for over two hours at night in a bad neighborhood. They kept making excuses. Sleazy

Mazda Roadside assistance and Always towing are the worst.... Waited over 7 1/2 hours for them to tow my vehicle. I ending up canceling Always and going with another tow company.

Worst experience ever. I've waited over TEN HOURS. I had to work early, and when I called to see where they were for the millionth time, they tried to say I must not have called. What?! Do not get a tow from here.

I had to use this company as I have Road Side assistance insurance with State Farm and this is who they called here in Pittsburgh. My daughter's car was disabled and actually caught fire. After telling me at 2PM in the afternoon it would take 1 - 2 hours to come I was OK with that. We waited and waited, finally I had to leave and she stayed there with the vehicle. Called them again. Oh they had to respond to a police issue, it would be 20 more minutes. Then a call again an hour later. Oh, they had to re-dispatch it would be another hour. Then another. Finally got towed after 6 HOURS!! My pregnant daughter sat there for five hours when I finally told her to leave after being tired working and exhausted. This wasn't in the middle of the night, and according to their website they have 15 trucks. They are a bunch of liars, incompetents, and a third-rate towing company that State Farm uses because they are probably a bottom-of-the-barrel bid feeder. I used to like State Farm. I would stay away from them both now if you have a choice. Thanks for nothing as "Always".

Should be zero stars. Son's car broke down. Was supposed to be there at 6pm. Driver called my son at midnight and said he could not find it. Next day more delays. Cancelled and went with another ore reliable company.

Like the other reviewers stated...do not use them. Took my vehicle to the wrong place. Left it unattended and unlocked with the key in the ignition overnight. What a joke. Took several hours and phone calls to finally locate my vehicle. Use someone else. Shame that my insurance was the one who set up this tow.

Trash. Waited by my car for 7 hours after being told by roadside assistance 1 hr to expect them. After being a hour late I called and was told one more hour. Never got called back again until I made complaint with roadside. Never ever use them!

I wish I would have read all of these reviews prior to accepting Goodyear tire service to deal with them. My son has been stuck in Oakland for 7 hours now. The 5th time I CALLED THEM... they said "OHHHH We had to dispatch a different towing company" WHAT??? I am so frustrated right now I wish I could do something more than just write a review!!

If i could give zero stars I would. I've waited nearly 3 hours and they have not shown up yet to tow my truck. Both my insurance company and myself have called a total of 4 times, and every time, they say they are on route 28 and will be here in 20, 10, 5 minutes. Complete BS. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs.

Just a horrible company. Half the guys are idiots, and the dispatcher well lets just say, what a losser. Placed a tow, and they came like eight hours lat, and then when they towed my car, they lost the keys. Cant get the so called owner to call back, all i know is that shes a women, just as bad as they are. STAY AWAY

Yesterday my vehicle broke down at a convieint store. State Farm had this company tow my vehicle. 11am they were called, two hours later my vehicle is still stranded. Two more hours go by, they finally call and say my vehicle has been delivered. Uh, no it wasn't. These losers towed my car to an automotive company five miles up the road! When I called the dispatch, he told me it "wasn't his problem anymore" do not ever let these people in your car, or near your vehicle.They will leave you and your vehicle stranded. Scumbags.

When the text came through from my Roadside Assistance program advising that Always Towing was dispatched to tow my vehicle, I was incredibly nervous after reading all the bad reviews! I thought I'd be waiting for hours. The 2 men showed up with a flat bed within 20 minutes, were courteous, and allowed me to ride along with them to my dealership. They were polite and did a great job. I have no complaints.
