I had a partial blockage of my sewer line and originally called D&R and they advised it would be $365/hr to clean my line. I thought that was a lttle too much so I called around and spoke with Mike at Anaconda and he advised it would be $165/hr and it usually takes an hour to 1.5 hour. That seemed much more reasonable. The guys showed up quickly and got to work at 3 (an hour after I called) They cut through some tree roots and everything seemed to be going well. Then at 4:30 (which everything is charged at overtime starting at this time) they ran the machine through one more time...Here is where it took a turn. The machine messed up and then got stuck and they did not leave until 7 pm! On the last run no roots were removed either so not sure it did any good. So $500 later my sewer line drains better than before but still does not appear to be fully cleaned out. They advised I call someone else out to run a camera down there as they don't have that ability. The guys that came out where great to work with and the owner Mike was willing to talk (more willing to take my money) but the expereince was not the best since I expressed up front if it was going to go past 4:30 I would rather do it another day. I may have just had the one bad experience with these guys, but I came away feeling the equipment may not have been up to the task and might have been better off going with another outfit in town. **Update** I had REWES come out today to run a camera down the sewer line. He ran a camera down the line and provided me a copy of the footage which was pretty nice. he discovered the line was in good shape but there were a couple areas where the roots were still very heavy and should have been cleaned out. He advised he does not charge by the hour but a flat rate to clean a line and is going to come back this summer to clean my line since it will need it again. This guy is awesome and has top notch equipment. I would highly recomment REWES over Anaconda any day!!!
