I recently brought a lawnmower into the service dept. ( first week of June ). I told them what was going on with it and was told it would be roughly a week before they could get to it . I have them 2 weeks and called to check on it and was told they were waiting on parts , called back a few days later and they said the parts had come in , but " master " mechanic was out . Gave them another week and called and was told they were waiting on parts ? Then questioned that and was told oh the " master " mechanic has been out . Now we are going on 4 weeks of it being there ! Called Monday July 10 , 2017 , and was once again told they were waiting on parts ? Question this again and told them the parts had been there 3 weeks and then again was told the " master " mechanic had been out , so I asked which one it was with no answer given . Get a call Tuesday July 11 saying they had just finished but needed to test it . Go pick mower up Wednesday July 12 , and when I received the bill which was more than the mower was worth , I questioned it and asked for a detailed bill not an invoice that had scribble marks all over it . This is something not even one of the owners Brian Andrews knew how to do or could provide for me . The best part is yet to come ! Go to load my mower after trying to get answers and never getting any , and it will not start ! The battery is dead and the best answer Brian Andrews can give me is that I didn't bring it in to have the battery replaced ! I am only one person but maybe some others will read this before they are screwed out of money by this place like I was ! Be careful !!

Andrews is a wonderful store. There are always people handy to help you with anything you need. The employees are knowledgeable and courteous. Unlike other larger hardware stores.
