Worth a zero; Deliberate fraud, preying on an older, handicapped woman.
When other repair service agencies were booked up for 3 weeks, Jimmy Lovett was immediately (within hours) available (bad sign overlooked). He came out, saw that the rear left damper shock was separated, but claimed it was bent & could not be repaired. Claimed he needed a week to order the part from Little Rock or further. Never stated the price of the part. Removed part of the label, so it would not be apparent that the part is easily found, very cheap ($19, free shipping on Amazon). The part is NOT bent, is NOT hard to put back together & looked newer than new. He fraudulently charged $149.63 for an unneeded part.
