Great Sales Effort. Problem with some technicians attitudes. Service customers and make them happy, after all they chose you over many other groups based on what your sales team promised...

All possible during sale, but poor follow up and customer service after installation and payment. Technician smoking on property, asked to put it out and then all attitude about it. Didn't complete the service, then problem later with line that wouldn't have occured if maintenance performed properly by tech. Under service warranty, etc. and want to see the company pay better attention to customers, customer service and pleasing the ones paying them, not the techs who aren't exactly honest about the work they are supposed to be doing on client site. Customer comes first and is always right... companies need to get back to this policy...

Went to this company because we just weren't getting quality or proper service from another... Purchased new heating and cooling system. Work went fast. Looking forward to a good relationship with this company as they take care of our AC needs. One problem with first maintenance was that the guy who came was someone from the other group we left who did lousy work. Didn't perform maintenance properly & rude when asked not to smoke in/around our house. Discussed with manager, resolved issue. Hopefully they will continue to improve customer service because sales doesn't guarantee customer retention.
