      Building Foundations Counseling Center, Inc. has become an expansion of Suzanne Mell’s private practice, which she started in Folsom, CA in 2007. At Building Foundations Counseling Center you can find skilled, experienced therapists who have helped clients just like you build richer more rewarding lives. All our therapists are either Licensed Marriage Family Therapists or Licensed Clinical Social Workers, or are Registered Interns being supervised by a qualified Licensed Therapist. Through a combination of therapeutic techniques, your therapist will help you identify limiting beliefs and non-effective coping mechanisms that may be standing in your way. Many clients report rapid progress due to the effective approaches we employ. All communications with your therapist are kept strictly confidential.
