this place is rude . he gave us 50 bucks to pick up our car. when last year they gave us 175 to pick up another car. when questioned they claimed that the rate went up 110 %. When i said but 3 years ago you gave us 175 too .. He hung up on me ! think twice before you call these people.

Worst place ever!!! Went to get my fiances car which is a 2006 toyota corolla that is a little lowered. When we paid 210 to get it out they brought the car to us and the front bumper was completely broken and hanging off!! We showed them and they said that wasnt them but it was a brand new bumper n they refuse to do anything about it. So we are filing a claim against them and will see them in court for damages. They will pay for it!!!!!

I was given exact directions to their place. Thank you. There was one firm instruction, "DO NOT PULL IN THE LOT". There was no parking except for the side of the road which was mud. Not driving a SUV or Truck, I pulled my car diagonally on the outside of the gate. Three men standing outside started yelling and the older man yelled, "FOOL"! I was not instructed to bring a release or CASH. There was an attitude given to me because I didn't know exactly where the car was towed from; and once in the office Bryan stated, "We don't need your drama here". The impounded vehicle had been rummaged through and the back gate had been left open - draining the battery! I just read a review from August 2012 wherein they stated Camp's disrespect to women. It doesn't make my unfortunate dealings with them any better, but at least I know it wasn't just me, but ALL women! Perhaps you should keep your old man away from the public if he can't stop yelling at the female customers!

Went to Camp today, to get the stuff from my totaled truck (Very sad in tears). The staff was very helpful and the the young lady who helped my mom and I pack up my personal items was and angel. The tall gent who had to tow my truck from the accident was also very caring and helpful. Just a warning I'm not a cat girl,but here is a gray cat there that is the most friendly, happy, cat . That I would go back just to bring her kitty treats.. Happy new year to the staff of camp and thank you...Lorrie G

They are the worst ...l I will never ever send anyone to them .... They are racist and extremely disrespectful towards women .... Three employees yelled and cursed at my mother. Must have forgot they came from a woman, the way they spoke to my mother. It is a shame people like this even own a business, knowing they have to interact with others.

Worst people ever, son is a crook !!!
