This review is for the Republic branch of Commerce Bank. My smalltown bank knew me after I visited within two weeks, called me by name and asked about my family after 2 months. This branch serves a tenth of the customers at my former bank, no effort to know who I am and wants photo id everytime I want to cash a check for over 100.00. They also want to change the agreement on services I am entitled to AFTER I put my money in. The WORST bank branch I have ever done business with, if you aren't going to make an effort to know your customers then spend the money for facial recognition software for the couple hundred customers than seem to bank there.
