Horrible! First, their minimum charge of $105 is 75% more than the average of $60. RIP-OFF! After the fact, I called 10 other companies and found the average trip charge to be less than $60 OR if parts and labor are more, then the trip charge is waived.Second, they didn't offer the professional courtesy to inform me that the trip charge is more than the cost of the disposal (which they knew). Over half of the other companies I called (after the fact) told me that I should just get a new one and not have them come out! That's taking care of a customer. Did Doyle's tell me that? No. Why? Clearly, they care more about their minimum than they do about taking care of a customer. RIP-OFF!After the repair, I called their office and explained. The guy got mad saying that I was suggesting that they were deceptive. These guys care more about their own pockets than providing the customer with a valuable service. Thanks to Doyle's, I have a 4-year old disposal that I've paid for twice.
