I only gave 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option. I have never even reviewed a business before because I am very laid back person and honestly, don't give a crap. But both my fiance and I were treated very very poorly by Larry. I did and said absolutely nothing to him and he spoke to me like a was a child that didn't know what I was doing.My fiance needed to rent a stump grinder. He was working over an hour away and wouldn't make it in time to sign the paperwork so he called me and asked me to do it. I was under the impression he would pick it up later on after he got out of work. When I went in and told Larry I was there to sign the paperwork for the stump grinder he was immediately rude. Degrading my fiance and making it sound like he had no clue what he was doing. His phone had died so he was not able to tell me he would be down to handle it. Larry made me feel like I was about 2 inches tall. I was ready to just let it go until my fiance came home with the stump grinder and was upset at the way Larry just treated him! The same way! Tried to make him feel stupid for what he was renting and telling him it would t do the job he needed it ro. Really, Larry!? Because while you're comfortable behind that desk, he's been out doing tree work every day for the last 9 years! So I decided to call and just express how he made the both of us feel. I was nice, I was polite and what did that get me? HE HUNG UP ON ME. Because of him we will never recommend your services to anyone again and we will never use you again. Maybe you should send your employees to a class to teach them a thing or two about customer service and how to treat people.

I'm a landlord, and I've used them a few times. They know their stuff. I don't always know the right words for what I need, but I know they do. They always treat me with respect no matter how ignorant I am of what I want.

Terrible company. Did not listen to me at all and found every reason not to try to accomidate my needs. Do they really want to rent stuff to residential customers or just the big commercail outfits that talk their langusge?

Very nice folks! Stay open after closing so I could get the machine back to the store. Will be using them again. Service is great. The lift I used worked great. Thanks Eagle rental!
