never showed up ... i called them on they told me they would be out from 3;30 to 4;00 pm .... then never showed up ..three hours after the time frame they were to be here they called ..told me it would be tomorrow morning around 8 30 /// well here it is ..1;18 pm an still no show ... i recieved a call from another plumbing company that i had been passed off to them ... all the time my doughter an i are out of gas ..cant take a shower and cant cook ..this is no way to conduct business ... would not call them ..not dependable ...

on may 26th I wrote a review that bashed ernie's plumbing. I emailed ernie the exact some message as the one I posted on Saturday. Today, Sunday, the general manager called and said that they received my complaint and takes it very seriously. I explained to them that I was very disgruntled and not looking to do business with them again. instead of giving up, the general manager offered to come out and take care of our plumbing problem at no cost. they set an appointment time and this time the plumber Curtis Jackson came on time. He was very polite and was very helpful. They could of easily ignored my complaint, but did not. They have changed my mind and I will definitely utilize their services in the future. Again, I never thought they would even respond to my complaint. Not only did they respond, but offered and executed on their offer.

Terry came right out to find the leak on my side of the meter. My boyfriend did the digging and Terry was kind enough to write down the bill. He found that the plumbing was rigged prior and corrected the problem. He even helped replace the meter box and dirt.. Great work and super friendly.

Theses guys are very professional . Being at home mom , it normally is uncomfortable having someone come into the house but i felt very good about them coming into residence.. Thanks a whole bunch

What a frickin' joke!!!! I called and got a quote over the phone for 189.00 for a main line drain clean out. When the plumber arrives, he quotes me 327.00 and that's for one man, if I wanted two men it would be more. That definitely wasn't the price discussed on the phone. It came across as a bait and switch to me. What a rip off!!! I wouldn't reccommend this company to ANYONE!!!

The plumber who came out here was wonderful and the price was great. I called a number of companies and this one was the best. If you want great work and it done right go here, if you bad work go somewhere else, I promise you will end up calling them anyways after the other company fails to comply with their work. .,

Very Poor service! I submitted a bid to have plumbing and a drain line connected to a second sink in my master bathroom on PlumbingNetworks.com and Ernie's Plumbing was one that came out to provide an estimate. While looking at what needed to be done, the service man continued to huff and breathe hard as if he did not want to even do the job. He finally gave me a rough estimate of $1200 which was twice as much as the previous quote I received from another independent plumbing contractor. I will never waste my time with Ernie's Plumbing again. Very unprofessional and rip off!

free estimate! yeah right. they overcharge for a gas leak and said that it could run up to 1200 dollars better call somebody else or you will be sorry. the free estimate it's a trap even they laugh at their rates.

Only company that offered to repair my water heater instead of wanting to charge the big bucks by replacing it. Most certainly will use again.
