I cannot express how unprofessional my experience with this service was. I used them to watch my dog for six days over the holidays, and asked to be notified of any destruction right away. The owner of this organization was told a hole was torn in our leather couch, but never notified us. Two days later, 1,100 worth of damage was done in total to the house when we were finally told there was a problem. The owner of fetch the leash acknowledged fault and claimed to file with insurance, but never responded to follow up messages or provided documentation to that effect. From the notes left by one of the walkers, it seems like our dog was left alone for over twenty four hours without being checked on. We would have been surprised by small scale damage (a chewed up pillow, for example). There were holes in the walls as if she was trying to get to the bathroom for water. In 7 years, weve never seen destruction of this scale, let alone in two days. Shes had profoundly increased separation anxiety since, trembling sometimes for no reason and leaving large piles of drool when left alone for any duration of time, behaviors she did not exhibit before this incident. Weve since put her on medicine and hired a behaviorist to help. Ive never left a negative review of a company before, but I felt obligated to after this experience to warn possible customers.
