I recently had my granddaughter's windows tinted at Protech on Giles Road - right next door to Israel Automotive. I told the Protech man about some mechanical problems we were having with the car, and he said to go right next door to see Rob Israel. Boy was he right. First he replaced the back brake pads and rotors on our family car (promptly and at a very fair price) and also diagnosed an oil leak problem. Then he had my granddaughter stop by after school today with what was diagnosed by someone else as needing a new power steering pump and belts. Mr. Israel tightened a belt that no one else had even tried, and it fixed the problem immediately. It took him maybe 10 minutes and he didn't even charge us for it. He is truly a professional, compassionate, trustworthy man who I plan to do business with for as long as he sticks around. You can't go wrong with Israel Automotive!

I want it to be known just how I was treated as a paying customer by Rob the owner. I had Rob tow my truck to his shop to be repaired he said no problem to fix. Well he had the truck over 1 1/2 weeks. He charged me a lot of money, over $550.00, plus parts were another $250.00. He then gave me back the truck. The next time I used the truck I broke down a block from his shop. I called him and I waited over an hour for him to come check it just to tell me to take it to Ford to get it fixed. I asked him aren't you going to honor your work he said no take it to ford. I found out it was only the harness that was bad. The total charges after the the bad work he did that caused other damage to my engine cost me near $2000. to fix his screw up. I went to him on 8-4-15 and he said he did not care and he would not do a thing for me. I said you out right robbed me and I would see him in court and also put bad reviews on the internet that he ripped me off. Again he said he couldn't care less. Be careful with any repairs you might have him do. He might do the same to you . He outright ripped my money off. He is a thief.

I used Israel's wrecker service. The employees were very friendly, the price was very competitive for a 35mile tow. I will use them again.

i had an intake gasket leak, and on my engine (3.1L v6 chevy malibu) that is a very lengthy job. they had it done in a little over a day. fair price too.

My girlfriend's car was overheating and her radiator was leaking. She brought it here and they took care of it, no problem. It's been several months now, and her car is still running fine. Israel Automotive charged a surprisingly low price for the work they did, and the quality is top notch.5/5 Stars. Definitely recommended by both of us.
