Zero rating from me. Worst treatment I've ever had. Very unprofessional. The Carson City office.... if that's what you want to call it was filthy and looked more like a storage facility. His clothing was not clean either he looked like he'd been working in the yard all day. When I was asked to lay on the table face down I could look down through the table to the floor and the used face protectors (or the trash if you will) were all laying on the floor under me. Health Department or State Board might want to pay this office a visit. After mentioning this Dr to someone at work I find out they had a complaint too as the Dr never showed up for an appointment. Very creepy atmosphere in my opinion.
