I called Leak Point because they we recommended by a pool service I was using at the time because I had an underground leak by my pool filter. They gave me an estimate of $800. I already knew where the leak was and the area had already been dug up for them. I was changed $250 for the estimate alone. I went with Clark County Pool and Spa who charged me $400 to fix the leak and they did a great job. I argued with Leak Point but to no avail. Be very wary of these guys before you shell out any money to them.

I WAS VERY NERVOUS ABOUT BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND DIDNT TRUST VERY EASILY BUT THE CREW AT LEAK POINT WAS VERY PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO TALK TO ME AND MAKE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS MORE THAN JUST A DOLLAR SIGN. I WAS QUOTED ONE PRICE WHEN I CALLED THEM BUT BECAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE TO DO EVERYTHING THEY DIDNT CHARGE ME THE FULL AMOUNT. THEY COULD HAVE CHARGED ME WHAT THEY QUOTED AND I WOULDNT HAVE KNOWN THE DIFFERENCE. BUT THEY WERE HONEST AND DIDNT TAKE ADVANTAGE. THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE CREW.
