Mark uses pathology lab at times to aid in diagnosis and wood decay labs specializing in DNA identification of tree diseases. Mark is still a license contractor and has represented the tree care industry to the contractors state license board, the state legislature and wrote the language of California Government code 53067 (proper tree prune for public agencies).
