I moved here in 2014 and since new management has come in they are all about the $$$$. Me and my family were promised by the regional manager that this place would get better and be a safer place for families to live. I can say that the management before the new owners took over wouldn't have allowed any of the things that go on here. Why they got rid of her is beyond me!!! They brought in a manager who simply doesn't give two iotas about the tenants as long as she is getting paid. The manager alone is afraid of the tenants. There are tenants who have been evicted but management has done nothing to handle the situation.

This place was recently taken over by new management & the quality of living has drastically decreased. It's being overrun by gang members. There are tenants who are dangerous & threatening the lives of other tenants & still live there. People are scared to leave their apartments. Grown men drink & hang out in the parking lot. Cars are always being broken into. Tires are slashed. There have been shootings. The management will do NOTHING. Absolutely NOTHING. And don't get me started on the maintenance issue. This is NOT a safe place to live like it was a year ago. If you care about the safety of yourself or your children DO NOT MOVE HERE. And if you do move here & have an issue, go STRAIGHT to the police. Do not waste your time with security or the management. Please just don't move your children here. It is DANGEROUS out here.

Sucks. To many hoodlums hanging out in the parking lot and the manager won't do a thing. It was nice about a year ago. But they changed managers. Now this one is here for the $ not to improve the quality of residents.
