I asked for an estimate for a complete A/C unit. A man came out the next day and said he'd work up the figures and get back to me with the cost. It's been over a month and I have never heard back from them!!! Why would they ever get my business??? Can I give less than one star??

After spending $500 to service our air conditioning I got the run around for two days when I tried to get them to come back out and look at it after it still wasn't working. It's way too hot to deal with this, definitely wouldn't use this company again.

I was with one air conditioning company for years and years, well the last time they had come out, the tech seemed very unsure of what he was doing and kept changing out parts on my unit. Well, needless to say I called to get a second opinion, so I called Orange State. The tech there was so helpfull, he went through everything with me and explain so much. I then signed on with Orange state for their Yearly Maintance agreement. Boy am I glad I did!! I would recommend this company to everybody! Demendable, Reasonable and RELIABLE!!

They fixed my heater when my other company could not! I have now switched over to Orange State and got one of their Service contracts which has saved my a lot of money compared to my old Company!
