Poor service and the driver was very unprofessional and rude. I tried explaining where he needed to put my car keys when he dropped my car off at the shop which my grandpa owns. He did not listen and said he knows what he's doing in a rude manor and said people think it's his first time. Think his name was Bob but not positive.

Very highly recommended!!! My van sprung a power steering leak and left my friend and I sit today in Penfield. Ricci's towing came right away, the driver (John) was very helpful, courteous, and kind. Then Carl drove us over 100 miles home with my van on the flatbed tow truck! He was very nice, personable, and kind, to listen to two elderly ladies for all those miles. If I'm ever broken down in Rochester again, I know exactly who I would call. Thank you Ricci's Towing Service!
