I contracted Wards to do snow removal on rental propert. They would not do a site survey with me to understand the requirements of where the snow had to go.They charged 2 men 1 hour to shovel a walkway 70' long by 3' wide and had one person lean on a shovel while the driver plowed a the parking lot. After two attempts to communicate with them, I dropped their service. I found them unresponsive and hig priced for the quality of work.

We contacted Ward's on a Monday and set up to have the lawn mowed weekly. We were told that it would occur every Wednesday. The first Wednesday came and went and the lawn was not mowed. We assumed that due to some recent precipitation that they were waiting for things to dry out a bit. The lawn did not get mowed that first week. We then assumed that we just missed that week and that the next Wednesday would be the day that we would start getting the lawn mowed. That came and went as well, and we decided at that point to cancel the agreement. They did offer to have someone come out quickly and rectify the situation, but the lack of communication and action after taking all of our pertinent information led me to take my business elsewhere. If they would have contacted me and given me notice that they weren't going to make it, regardless of the reason, I would have been okay with that situation.
