Horrific. Very disrespectful both the tow truck driver I dealt with as well as management! I was attempting to speak with one of their drivers in regards to a car they were towing. The person they were attempting to tow was ON SITE, so I walked over to explain same situation had occurred to me and I was told that if the driver is present they'll let it go - (very respectfully if anything very nicely too get on his good side!) but despite that the driver disrespected me, a young girl in college attempting to help someone, got called names such as "punk kid." Directly after I return to see the same driver INSPECTING my car, to see if I had a parking permit that way if opportunity permitted tow my car as well. Like, who does that! I called the company to inform them of what occurred she proceeded to call me "dramatic" and said to but out next time. Those exact words. All they care about is ripping off college kids! No compassion, just dollar signs, fair warning.

Or truck was stuck and three companys came out before the last one recomend Smittys they got it out in less then 1hr the driver was nice the truck was clean pricy but worth it . I will call them again for sure!
