they are the best there is no other plumbing company like them

Sent two guys who were so young & ineperienced that they screwed up the job, spent ALL day wasting time, and did the job wrong! They finally sent an experienced guy who did the job in short order. Then they had to send another guy back a few days later - the two incompetents installed the new toilet improperly! Cost me an arm & leg for lousey swervice.

DO NOT USE THOMAS PLUMBING CO! They have been to my house three times, only once did they sent someone who actually knew what they were doing. The other two times they sent a plumber who did not know how to fix anything. He sat around and called for help and parts that he did not need, then charged me for the time. On top of all that, I was able to fix my toilet after they left in about 20 minutes and a little help from the internet.Never use this company!

It seemed to be typical plumbers excuse -- I called early during the business day to purposely set up an emergency (after hours 6:00 PM) appointment. I realized that I would incur overtime expenses, but it was of no concern. I was prepared to pay since I already had shut off all water in the house because the pipes were so old I had damaged them in a simple repair effort.At 7:00PM I received a return call from the plumbing company indicated they had never received my service request. I explained that I probably had a simple problem (as far as plumbers are concern) but I messed up the pipes. A Mr. Kean, wanted to know if I would like someone from the Thomas Plumbing company to come out the next day. Yeah, right.

When another plumber's work proved to be a problem, I asked my condo mgmt who they use. They directed me to Thomas Plumbing, and we've used them ever since. Their work has been great. When a minor problem shows up (such as cracked grout a few months after a renovation) they quickly come out and fix it. We highly recommend them.

They don't show up when they say they will and their work is inferior. Use another plumber.
