Well first of all you dont win a vehicle at an auction you bid on them and the one with the highest bid gets the car I think thats usually how an auction works.. I just attended an auction on 8/29 and got me a 05 Chevy s10 for $1500. I guess the people they had running their auctions in the past are no longer hosting their auctions. The manager there was very polite and helpfull with me and my wife. He even disclosed if the vehicles were salvaged titles or not. He even went out of his way to check if registration was up to date. They even gave us a working stereo for our new truck for free.

These people are complete frauds!!!! Attended their auction & won a car. When we went to pay they decided to say "never mind" because they weren't happy with the price it sold for. There was no notice of any reserve that had to be met. There were several others there that had the same thing happen. They were completely rude to everyone and didn't care that they committed fraud! DON'T GO TO ANY OF THEIR AUCTIONS OR USE THEIR TOW SERVICES! I filed a complaint with the state and will file with any other agencies I can find

disregard the review regarding the CD's as they were found after some time and there is no way to figure out how to delete the comment so guess this is all one can do???????????

got towed from Victorville to So. OC. Dropped truck on Sunday evening at Tire Dealer. I took my 2 CD cases out of my truck and put onto front floorboard of tow truck (so that they wouldn't get stolen out of my truck overnight at tire dealer - a great mix of about $800 of CDs). The driver took us to our house after dropping off our truck at tire dealer. My wife forgot to take the CD's from front floorboard and we didn't realize for one week as we only used them when we use this particular truck (for river/camping). They claim they didn't know what happened to them (but you can't miss them on the front floorboard). Too bad for us, let alone a $470 tow bill, let alone the damage our tire did to our truckbed and the new set of tires we ended up having to purchase!
