Called on a Monday was able to come out for service call on Wednesday diagnosed problem right away. Ordered a new pump for washing machine, Mayland called me on Friday as soon as he received it and came out to install. He was very nice and knowledgeable and very very reasonably priced. I did call several repair places and their price just to walk through my door was double! Great service and great price from Mayland! Will definitely call again! Highly recommend for repair services. Best of all was very happy to support local business! Thank you again Mayland!

I called Mayland at roughly 11:45am, as my dry had stopped working. He told me how to test the thermal coupler over the phone. It was not bad he told me it was probably the ignitor. I called back for service, he was at my house by noon tested the ignitor it was bad, reinstalled new ignitor job done by 12:45

I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, pleasant demeanor, and knowledge of Mayland. I called for service on my dryer, and he was on his way within the hour. He fixed it quickly and was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend.

Called for washing machine repair at about 8:45, said they'd be out at noon, and the guy was here right on the dot, maybe even a couple minutes early. He quickly determined there was nothing he could do for me (bolt stripped out on agitator) and charged me $40 for the service call. I understand needing to charge for coming out, but $40 to tell me I need to buy a new machine left me feeling a bit raw.
