I think all the staff were very very nice people including the dentist my favorite was the dental assistant she was wonderful I had to get a lot of teeth extracted and she was just very gentle and helpful in keeping me clam I would definitely have given New England dentals a five-star if they have curtains in their rooms it was just a little uncomfortable having people look in the room as I'm sitting there with my mouth wide open it was embarrassing to me as it was to have to go through that and have an other patients looking in the room was very uncomfortable being that I'm such a private person besides that I think everyone was wonderful I believe the receptionist can step it up just a little bit though but they are very polite and nice girls as well

I have a laundry list of dental problems so selecting a dentist I felt comfortable with was no easy task. I've been out of my hometown for 10 years now but up until 3 years ago I was still going home to my dentist and endodontist I grew up with. After trying several dentists, I was so impressed and felt so comfortable.

The Most Professional Dentist I've Met! I have been burdened by crooked teeth for over four years. A family friend recommended me to Dr. Mazen and I gave his clinic a try :) All fared well during my first Invisalign appointment, and the succeeding sessions, thereafter. He is consistent up to this day with his friendly attitude and professionalism whenever I enter his office -- and he never forgets my name! :D He's always in a happy mood and gets the job done right without any interruptions or sudden problems with every procedure. His staff are very accommodating and I feel at home whenever I am in his clinic!

Great Dentists!!! All other dentists that I've been to had high treatment plans but this office has very sensible prices as well as an excellent dentist and a friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Great dentist but awful receptionists

Needing to find a dentist in a hurry due to a toothache, I felt very fortunate to have found Dr. Mazen, he was able to see me the very next day. Not only did he promptly take care of my immediate needs, but he and his staff got me back on a program of returning to proper dental health and care. Not only have I found Dr. Mazen and his staff to be consummate professionals, but they treat their patients with the utmost respect and courtesy. Having always had extreme anxiety about visiting the dentist, I found that Dr. Mazen and his wonderful staff made it much easier for me to return for regular care." I highly would recommend him ....

Dr. Mazen is instantly likeable, incredibly knowledgable, and generally made me feel safe and cared for. I actually look forward to going to the dentist again. I think he might inspire me to floss! I would deff. recommend him to friends & family
