This company took care of a full-on emergency I had at my place of business. The fire alarm panel was going off; I rang up and my technician was there within ten minutes ! The fire marshal was also there going nuts, but my tech made the repairs on the spot and did such a great job, I was not issued any violations and my system passed inspection 100 per cent.
