SAM COWAN IS THE BEST !!!! HE IS SO HONESTLY PERSON AND CAN ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH ME THRU WRITING BECAUSE I AM DEAF. ALSO HE KNOWS A LOT ABOUT HONDA CARS HE CAN FIXES THAN ANYONE IN THIS TOWN CANT. WOW HE IS AWESOME PERSON TO CHAT WITH HIS FISHING STORIES :-)

I hate writng this because Cowan is getting so big and busy its getting harder to get in!! for good reason: it is the best shop in the area. I hope Mr. Cowan can keep the quality up as the business explodes

I am life-long resident of New Braunfels, and over the years, I've had many unreliable mechanics, and then I have had 3 or 4 awesome mechanics. And Sam Cowan happens to be one of those awesome, reliable mechanics. No matter how busy he is, he takes the time to explain the problem and the best solution. This shop is AWESOME! I have had both of my vehicles repaired here and never had an issue. The prices are very reasonable and the employees nice and honest. I have found my new shop and will bring my vehicles here from now on. When another shop told me I needed work done and it would cost me $1200.00 I called Cown and they checked my car out only to find out that the other shop told me the wrong thing was wrong with my vehicle and my repairs only ended up costing me $180!!! Thanks guys! Ya'll are AWESOME! I recommend these guys to anyone who needs repairs done.

I have brought all my vehicles and send all my friends and family to him and have not had any problems. The prices have always been amazingly low compared to other shop quotes. It is a owner operated shop, that makes it more than just a job, it's his name.

This place is reasonable with rates, yes. BUT, when we went to go pick up our vehicle, it was not there, and there was no way to get ahold of Sam until Monday, when we found out he kept it in the garage because the credit card did not go through because the number was wrong! We thought it had been stolen or something and went the weekend without the vehicle. That is not good business, we should have got a phone call at least!

My wife's car started overheating and we were expecting the worst...We were new to New Braunfels and didn't know who we could trust to treat us right. Sam was very professional and the price of the repair was much lower than I had expected. Thanks Sam!!!
