The most disgusting customer service in the world. They quote you the wrong price (first $100, then $150, and then, during the appointment, it went up to $225), keep re-scheduling the appointment, and spray chemicals that do NOT REALLY work. Hal Newsom, the asshole owner looks like a former meth addict and seems that he likes to hear himself talk. He always seems to be in a hurry and never lets you finish your sentence. Before he sprayed, I made Hal give me the list of chemicals that he will use. (Note that beforehand, his employees kept trying to convince me that those chemicals are unavailable online, which is a complete lie.) Afterwards, I asked him how much water he diluted the chemicals with, but he refused to give me that information. I guess he figured I would need a follow-up treatment, which I did, so telling me the dilution proportions would mean missing out on an extra $225 that he could make off of me. And according to him, 1 treatment was guaranteed to be enough. What a dick. He said it's illegal for him to tell me how much water to add to the mixture. In that case, was it not illegal for him give me an exact list of extremely hazardous chemicals and not even tell me that they need to be diluted? Yes, I could have been seriously hurt, had I not done my research on the internet. Of course, as a chemical engineer, I was able to figure out the dilution proportions by following the labels, even for a mixture of 6 different products, but what kind of low-life white trash is this guy, and why did god create people like him? That's a good philosophical question.
