Always returns calls. Shows up when he says he will. Does excellent work. Reasonable and professional. Cleans up. Never talk him into building an addition on posts (no footer). He tried to reinforce "foundation" once. Addition kept moving. Had to pay someone else $6000 to fix inadequate foundation with steel I-beams and additional posts. I'd love to send him that bill. Maybe I will one day. Get everything in writing. Get any "extras" in writing. Those extras add up and if you wait...the sticker shock will take your breath away. Our original quote was $12000. Final costs was $14,500 for those little extras. Add $6000 for foundation repair and $12000 ended up being over $20000. Live and learn. He did a great job on the room itself but never build without a deeper footer! We're still paying for it. Big time!
