The company specializes in processing fresh shrimp and fin fish under the Papa Piazza, Tri-Dragon, Lucky Star and Papa's Fresh Catch brands. Vincent Piazza Jr. & Sons Seafood Inc.'s state-of-the-art machinery plant processes over 20,000 pounds of head-on, headless and peeled shrimp, while its fish cutting facilities processes over 5,000 pounds of fresh fish fillets daily.
