General Info
A multi-course modern French menu is served at an intimate chef's counter secretly hidden behind an art gallery. Featuring 24 seats only, the restaurant is set up on an intimate counter where guests can have a dining experience overlooking the chef’s work. A private table that can accommodate up to six guests is also available. Frevo serves a modern and unique take on contemporary French cuisine, spearheaded by Chef Franco Sampogna and Manager Bernardo Silva. Native from Brazil, Franco Sampogna moved to France at 17 years old where he worked alongside Michelin-starred chefs such as Fabrice Vulin at La Chèvre d’Or in the South of France, Guy Savoy at the Rue Troyon and Alain Ducasse at the Hotel Plaza Athénée, both 3 Michelin-star restaurants in Paris. In 2015, Sampogna won second place in the San Pellegrino’s International Young Chef Competition. In 2016 he moved to New York to open Jema that was promptly acclaimed the Best Fine Dining Restaurant 2017 in Long Island.A multi-course modern French menu is served at an intimate chef's counter secretly hidden behind an art gallery.
