This is the second time Melissa has helped me recover from a surgery. She is the best PT I have ever had (I have had quite a few injuries over the years). She is great at figuring out where specific pain is coming from and figuring out to make it go away. The entire experience at Cynergy is first rate from the front desk and the ease of making appointments. They took care of all the insurance stuff and explained it all to me. Melissa helped diagnose my lower back pains. Turns out I have 2 herniated disks. I would have never known had it not been for Melissa. Through her guidance, I've been able to manage the issue and work towards a pain free life. She's the greatest!

Melissa has been treating me at Cynergy Physical Therapy since August 2014 and I can tell that she genuinely cares for her patients. I have received treatment from other physical therapy practices but no other therapists took the approach that Melissa did to determine the causes of my aches and pains. She referred me to another doctor to have X-rays and MRIs taken to determine the sources of pain, then determined an appropriate course of treatment that would alleviate my pain long term. Melissa always asks about how my work situation affects the treatment and continuously adjusts my home exercise regimen to ensure I do not exacerbate any current pain that I am on. I am still receiving treatment now but I can see and feel significant improvement from when I first started treatment. I am so happy with my treatment at this practice that I have referred several friends and colleagues here as well.
