Their Word Means Nothing - go elsewhere!

When their other office closed on 14th St, they transferred my prescription to the Nassau office. They never informed their customers and I had to call all the offices to track it down. My prescription was on Nassau street I'm told; so, I asked for my prescription and all day they kept making me call back. The girl Ramona promised to fax it to me before she left and she never did. I'm furious. I have a problem with people who promise you something and don't do what they say. No wonder they went out of business in Union Square. They were not too swift there either. They would lose my order almost evertime I ordered replacement lenses. You have to call them and call them to follow up. ....signed,,,not happy. :(

I brought a pair of Armani frames from them and asked for the thinest frame possible with the works and that's what I got. These frames lasted eleven years...that is until my irresponsible ex destroyed them, so I brought another pair of Cavalli frames across the street, but they kept melting the coating off the lenses (three times) trying to adjust my frames (and yes, my ex wore them a few times and lost them at a club...without my knowledge...hmm). I should have never left Eye-to-Eye (I shouldn't have done a lot of things!) I'll be going back to them soon and their exam for glasses is only $40. Not bad for a store located in lower manhattan. :-)

Notably good service experience

checked out all the hipster places and these people were the best, smartest, and had the coolest aesthetic for what's really right for my face.
